The current PPM authorizes a broader range of investments, and every available Investment is governed by its own definitive terms.

Aaron Valencia's experience also includes residential and commercial real estate loans and mortgage-related securities, including mortgage-backed securities (MBS) and commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS). That experience should not be read as a statement that every Fund opportunity will include, hold, or invest in those instruments.
