Leadership
Founder Aaron Valencia began investing in real estate more than 25 years ago and has worked in the business full-time for 20 years. His experience spans single-family homes, commercial property, lease options, flips, value-add investments, redevelopment, long-term ownership, private lending, residential and commercial real estate loans, and mortgage-related securities including MBS and CMBS.
After the 2009 real estate crisis, Aaron Valencia saw an opportunity to rebuild and committed his complete professional focus to real estate. That period shaped a practical philosophy: buy with discipline, understand the downside, improve what can be improved, and build for the long term.

Royal Equity Group represents Aaron Valencia's personal real estate holdings and operating experience—the properties acquired, improved, developed, sold, or retained as long-term rentals.
Royal Equity Fund grew from that operating foundation as Aaron Valencia moved deeper into private capital and selected residential or commercial real estate credit opportunities for verified accredited investors. Actual Fund investments are governed by the current PPM and opportunity-specific documents.

Royal Equity Fund's private headquarters and offices are located in the upper levels of the historic Modesto Silos. The hospitality businesses at ground level and on the patios are open to the public; the offices above are private and available by appointment.
